Virgin Active required ongoing customer relationship management (CRM) communications and digital designs for ad-hoc projects for a three month period.
We provided digital designs for the annual Virgin Active Christmas email, and web banners for Virgin Media following their merger with O2. We also provided the client with creative copywriting services for newsletters, customer letters, customer emails, push notifications, in-app notifications and social media copywriting.
